You know how it happens.
You go to run some errands in the city, so you decide to take the camera with you, cause the light outside is so nice for some outfit shots. You're all smiles, suspecting nothing worse, but the moment you step outside you notice some annoying drops falling from the sky.
"It's nothing", you say to your man, trying to stay optimistic. "Lets go and take care of the other things we planned and the rain will be over by then."

By the time you step into the last shop, the rain is not to be ignored anymore. You wipe your glasses with a cloth (or not, but I'm a glasses-wearer, so I cannot imagine how you can walk in the rain and not get partially blind, because your bifocals get covered with rain drops. Wipers needed!), thinking how exactly are you going to take the damn outfit shots?
And then you see the life-saver - the zebra printed umbrella offspring (it MUST be a baby umbrella. The handle is so short, you have to hold your arm almost stretched up in the air otherwise the umbrella will scratch your head). You grab it, feeling all happy that it matches your outfit exactly, and also because you didn't take any umbrella from home. But of course you didn't.
Then you find some sort of cover for the photographer and all his more-expensive-that-my-whole-shoe-wardrobe camera-related stuff, and sacrifice yourself for the name of art, by stepping bravely into the pouring rain. Strangely, all that makes you smile wide. Very wide.
If you could imagine all that, then you know how these photos were made.
As for the outfit, I'm wearing the DIY studded gloves here together with DIY metallic clutch, as part of a black-and-silver look. The chain necklace is my new ebay purchase (golden version available here), fur coat - vintage, thigh high boots and metallic thread Zara sweater - last year finds.
And you get to see my new pixie cut here for the first time (except of what I posted on Instagram of course).
What do you think?
